CAVERSHAM
A popular residential area to the North of the river, with very easy access to the City Centre. The newly developed village with an array of shops, restaurants and bars, makes it an excellent place to live. For Rowers there is the Redgrave-Pinsent Rowing Lake and easy access to Henley-on-Thames, Tennis players have the Caversham Tennis Club on their doorstep.

TILEHURST
Lettings Manager Rebecca lives in Tilehurst and is forever singing its’ praises as did Bryan Adams, who lived in Hardwick Road, whilst his father was stationed in the UK with the USA armed forces. Tilehurst is fantastically located South of the river and has easy access to AWE, Royal Berkshire Hospital and the M4. It also is home to Reading’s largest park. Prospect Park gets its name from the fine views across the Kennet Valley and beyond and is a centre for Rugby, Tennis, Basketball, Running, Table-Tennis and much beside.
WOODLEY
Boasting a ‘village’ centre with many shops, restaurants, bars and a library Woodley has it all. For those seeking more rural pursuits, it’s only a short drive to Sonning and the Thames Path. For team players Sonning is also home to Reading Hockey Club one of the premier hockey clubs in the country, and Reading Rugby Club. Woodley is ideal if you are working in Central Reading, Thames Valley Park, the University or the Royal Berkshire Hospital.

EARLEY
Earley was voted one of the best places to live in the UK. It is surrounded by parkland yet has its own railway station (5 minutes to Reading, which one day will be connected to Crossrail). The Wokingham Road runs through the middle of it, giving access to Reading, Wokingham, M4 and Winnersh with excellent bus services. Earley is also minutes from the University Whiteknights Campus. For the more adventurous, Sol Joel Park was one of the first to have a parkour - or free running course. It also boasts a skate park, football pitches, basketball court, play area and a pavilion, refurbished in 2013.

WINNERSH
Winnersh is on the main road between Reading and Wokingham close to the A329 and M4, whilst Winnersh railway station is on the Waterloo to Reading line. There is also a regular bus service that runs every 20 minutes (weekdays) through the centre of the village between Reading and Bracknell via Wokingham. So if you are working in the South East of Reading, or indeed any of the towns close by , Winnersh is ideal for you! There is also a HUGE multiplex cinema and flagship Sainsbury Supermarket.
Central Reading boasts a range of shops and the riverside restaurants are the ideal place to dine with friends. The Reading Museum contains lots of exhibits of the town's history and the ruins of the 12th-century Reading Abbey lie bedsides Forbury Gardens. Reading mainline station keeps you well connected with a fast train to London Paddington taking on;y 25 minutes.
