Wellbeing
We can simplify wellbeing into three areas, Mental, Physical, and Financial wellbeing. This will not be a deep dive into the subject of wellbeing but will cover small changes, which can achieve some great results. If turned into a habit some of these changes can have a profound effect on your happiness and wellbeing.

Books
Books are amazing. They are the distillation of a person’s work, often their passion, over many years. If you read 10 pages a day (most books are about 350 pages) you could read 10 great books a year, which could change your life.
I started reading avidly ten years ago. Two tips I was ever given about reading were create the habit of reading, that’s where the 10 pages comes from and the second was to allow myself not to finish a book. I reckon after half an hour you know if the book is going to work for you. It may appeal further down the line. Once a month I will recommend a book, which I feel is worth a read connected with an aspect of wellbeing.
I will link a book with an aspect of wellbeing that I feel makes a difference. Please feel free to comment about the book and aspect of wellbeing with which it aligns itself.
